Shipping Policy
Standard Ground Shipping
Orders ship Fed Ex Ground Mon - Fri, excluding holidays. Estimated shipping time is 2 - 6 business days (depending on the destination address' proximity to Las Vegas, NV).
Processing Time
In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Out-of-stock items usually ship within 24 hours of arriving in stock. Stock status and estimated arrival time for out-of-stock items can be obtained from an associate at the store.
Refused Delivery or Incorrect Shipping Address
It is important that you provide us the correct shipping address. If a delivery is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. Credit for the merchandise will be given after receipt of the returned merchandise, minus the shipping cost. This shipping cost will apply even if the original purchase qualified under a free shipping promotion.
Return Policy
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return the item to us and include the RA number on the shipping label / package. All returned merchandise must be new and unused, in its original packaging. It should be in saleable condition, not used, dirty or washed. Personalized items such as breast-pumps and breastfeeding accessories cannot be returned if the seal on the package is broken. Shipping charges and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. USA Baby cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
USA Baby LV will never ship used or damaged merchandise. Customers must inspect their package before accepting it to verify no damage occurred during shipping. Please note any visible exterior damage with the shipping company at the time of signing for the package and contact the store immediately. USA Baby LV will replace damaged parts or the whole item at its discretion. (The customer may have to provide the model number, serial number, part number, and date of manufacture for the damaged item.)
Defective Merchandise
For defective items please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Contact the store if you need their contact info or if you do not receive prompt and satisfactory service from the manufacturer.
Special Orders
Items not normally stocked by USA Baby LV are Special Order items. USA Baby LV will order them only when specifically requested by a particular customer. For this reason such Special Orders are final sales; they are not cancelable, returnable or exchangeable.
